You once thought that nothing could go wrong.

She was a part of him. She was his refuge. His shelter from the storm. His everything. For him, she made everything as perfect as possible. They made every moment as memorable as possible. There's nothing that could go wrong. Absolutely nothing - for they were in love.

But something did go wrong - for they said goodbye yesterday.

He gazes upon the damp horizon. It rained last night, what a mocking setting, he thought. The heavens are sharing his grief. He wonders in amazement what could go wrong? Everything was perfect. Everything was crystal.

He apologized for the tears that he made her cry. He thanked her for the memories. The happy and the sad ones. Everything. I pity him for i knew his strife. Yes, for him, she was perfect. But nothing is really perfect. He loved her more than anyone could love somebody else. He gave her his all.

Now, when everything is really over. You don't have to cry. There's no need to worry about, for everything's going to be alright. Don't worry my friend, for it's better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all.

I told him that love conquers all, except when it doesn't... and love is not a neat arrangement, all tied up in a pretty bow. You can only take it as it comes, and rejoice that you have been given the chance.
