The Otap Chronicles.

According to Wiki, Otap is an oval-shaped[1] puff pastry in the Philippines, especially common in Cebu where it originated. [1] [2] It is usually created from a combination of flour, shortening, coconut, and sugar. In order to achieve the distinctive texture of the pastry, it much undergo a two-stage baking process.

Anyway, there's a guy here from Cebu who's just got married (bless his soul). And he brought truckload of Otap to our office. I tell you, it's the best Otap in the universe. We've been feasting on fresh Otaps for quite a while now and I tell you, the possibilities are endless. In the morning, I dip it in hot chocolate or sometimes coffee and it's quite good. In the afternoon, I match it with Yakisoba. It's kind of disgusting when Otap gets wet but the taste is great. You know, the components of the Yakisoba gets mixed up with the Otap as the Otap absorbs it to its core.

You see, Otap can be the next big thing in food. It is the most versatile food out there, you can put cream cheese on it and press in with another Otap. Or, you could put it on top of Barbeque... I mean, the possibilities are virtually endless! I want to be the premier Otap chef... then I'll get aprons with "Kiss the Otap Chef" on it. The future is bright!

I could throw away my programming career and start an Otap business here in Manila. Whoa, just got a thought... how about Otap Pizza!? Man! That would be great! I mean, Greenwich introduced a while back Lechon pizza with Mango and it sucked. But Otap here could revolutionize the way we eat Pizzas, man!

How does Otap shakes sounds? Otap salad? I mean Otap could replace croutons! Then salad price would drop and Philippines would be free from poverty, man! How about Macaroni and cheese and Otap, man! This would be revolutionary! It's like when Rubik's Cube or POG got out, man! I have no idea why no one thought about this!

This could be the solution to the rice famine! Oh man, I can't wait!

Now let me write that resignation letter...
