Week 1: Done

First week of SS Training.

Although I don't have any visual confirmations yet, I feel something is starting. I've only worked out for 3 days but I feel my body is stressed afterwards, which for me, is a good thing. I've been working out for at most 5 days a week and I don't feel that way, so I guess, this routine is much effective. And for the first time in years, I didn't take a combat class for a week since I've taken cardio off the routine. Of course, I miss cardio but I think I can incorporate that later on my routine. I want to stick to the book as much as possible.

I had a couple day screw up with my diet. Last friday, I had an eat all you can at Market Market and 3 bottles of beers. :( The next day I ate more than I should have. I hope 2 days don't hurt. Today, I've stuck to a clean diet and hope that next week this will continue. :)
