Evaluation.

I was evaluated (semi-annual) I while ago.

It was ok, but I had a few misses that I needed to point out.

Number one, although my boss is happy with what I am doing (performance-wise), he thinks that I can do more. He says that I am smart and sharp and everything but sometimes I tend to lose focus. Well, there are just those days that I needed to take a break and you know, unwind. In my line of work (or any other work for that matter), stress is commonplace. He also says that although I am young (ahem), I can do work that is par with the seniors (or so he says).

Ok, I just needed to improve on that.

Number two is about Non-work activities. Well, I just can't avoid that one. You know, net is like a geek haven. Haha.

Hmm.. I just need to show more initiative in focus. My problem is that when I get to do a thing frequently, I lose interest and what is bad is that I take it forgranted.
