Outing.

Friday after office, I was pretty giddly about the upcoming company outing because it will be the first time this summer I am going on an outing. Yeah, we're standing on the edge of summer and this will be the first time I am goin to lay back and relax. So, yeah, I am pretty much excited about it. (Though it is only like, an 6-8 hour engagement)

Anyways, I went to Glorietta first to just pass the time. Pass the time it is. Some Mapuans saw me and the kidnapped me so my chance of going home early (The call time for the outing is 6) has a zero percent chance of success. After playing Starcraft, we went to Big Grill to meet up with other Mapuans. We stayed there up to 12 am because we were waiting for Radovan. We met up and we decided to eat at Mini Stop. So, long story short, I arrived at home at 2 am.

Since my body is like an alarm clock, I do not need to set up alarms to wake me up at 4:30. At 4:30 I jumped out of my bed to be prepared for the outing. I took a bath, ate and brushed my teeth. Took the tricycle and bought stuff at Mini Stop. Took the bus and went to the office.

Meeting time of 6 am means we will leave at 7. Yes, Filipino time is at work here. Hahaha. So we arrived there at 9 or 10. Then the company prepared some kid-games for us. First was this cheering competition that makes no sense, and the Amazing race type of game that has some kind of sense but failed to bring some sense.

After that, the others played this card game called UNO because it is still hot and we don't want to burn our skins now do we? I played this UNO way back when I was a little kid so I don't know the mechanics anymore. I just watched them play. God, this game was so boring. One game is like 2 hours? They kept on putting back used cards to the deck if no one gets UNO.

Ok, on with the story. Since the girls were busy putting some lotion on their body. Anthony and I went ahead to swim. First we went to the Wave generating pool of 8 waves. And oh, it was so fun. Yeah. We were being washed around like laundry on that big swimming pool. Now I know what it feels like to be a laundry. There are times that I thought I'm going to die, flashbacks from childhood dances around me. Yeah, this is dying. And then I took a glance at Anthony, he thinks I am faking death for he is smiling at me.

Somehow, I survived the tsunami and body beaten, we went to other parts of the place but felt like the wave generating pool is the best so we went back there. When I thought I had enough, we went back to our cottages. Then I saw my elementary teacher that I haven't seen for a long long time though she lives only blocks away from our home. We exchanged pleasantries and stories then she asked me if I had a friggin' son? What!? Hahaha.. Anyways, teacher Mylene is the best.

Ok, after a few hours, we went back to Manila. We arrived at 7 and I was again, planning to go home early to recuperate but I saw some friends and stayed with them for a while. I arrived home safe and sound and went to la-la land to sleep. I was so glad I am still alive after this endeavor (tama ba spelling?).

It was fun, but it was bitin. Will post some pictures as soon as I get one..

Updates ko lang. Notice the picture with the whale? I asked Jemarie to take that picture. Ngayon, wala ba kayo napapansin? Haha? Wala lang, nakikisama lang dun sa nagpapapicture sa grupo don sa tabi ko. Hahahaha. Tapos sa office, kumakalat na yang pic na yan (care of Reggie! -> yari ka sakin!). Hehehehe. Kasi nahuli ata ni Keychain na Juma-james Bond ako dun sa tabi. Nyak! Anyways, pinandigan ko na trip ko si Keychain, bakit ba Keychain kanyo? Kasi she holds the keys to my heart. Bahahhaa.... Joke lang.

Ewan ko ba kina Reggie, kung kani kanino ako pinagpipilitan (Kina Keychain, Borgy etc.) . Pero cool talaga tong pic na may whale, hahaha, parang tanga lang eh. Nahuli pa eh. Madami kami codenames sa mga kaofficemates namin, wala lang, para safe pag nagchichismisan kami. Meron pa ngang Jenny eh. Tanong mo kung bakit Jenny? Kasi Talikodjenny siya eh?

Lol, feeling ko nga nadala ko ang Mapanlait Family (grupo na binuo ko nung college) sa work eh. Lol. Anyways, peace lang. What you don't know won't hurt you diba?
