Below Standards.

I found this link while checking on the correct form of the power clean - http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.html. This shows the standard weight an individual should be lifting given his body weight and training group (novice, beginner, advanced etc). I don't know if this is a standard for westerns, but since it gives weight, I think I should follow it too.

Seems like I'm pretty below standard, as far as the table is concerned. Though I'm still on my "linear progression" stage so I think I'll hit the average.

Here's my current stats:
Squats: 77lbs vs 91-168lbs.
Press: 38lbs vs 61-84lbs.
Bench: 77lbs vs 98-125lbs.
DLs: 88lbs vs 113-209lbs.
Clean: Haven't tried this yet, but I'll incorporate this today since I want to stick to the book as much as possible.

Today I'll be on B-A-B workout. And I'll add a few pounds on the weights. So I hope there's something there. :)
