On 7 pounds and other stories.

Hey! I just lost 7 frikkin' pounds. Well, well, well, all those hours struggling to pull weights, running on treadmills for hours, spending hot hot hours on the sauna finally paid off... Well, I would have guessed I've lost a few pounds from the last time I checked my weight, but hey, I just learned to use the accurate weighing scale - you know, the one they use in WBC. Haha. What a loser.

So, if I estimate a little, I could have lost a total of 13 lbs or more... If I just to learned to use the scales earlier. Anyway, that's a statement, my mom tells me she can visually tell that I lost a few pounds, few friends here and there tells the same. Bwahahhaha...

And lately, I've put up this little group - The Anti Kanin Movement, this my next brainchild after the disappointing Healthy Living Club. Yeah, currently, the HLC's member is down to me. So, after a few research and internet clicks, I've founded the AKM. The sole purpose of the AKM is, well, basically, not to eat rice. Not only that we're helping ourselves grow thin, but we are also helping combat the world wide rice shortage.

Rice shortage might lead to Famine! Remember Joseph and the multi color jacket or something? Yeah, that's famine. And I am no Joseph here, but at least, I am contributing. Anyway, for one week, the AKM is doing good. And I think I am shedding more pounds than I should. Whoa!

On the other hand, I am also planning to buy a small industrial fan. Now, it doesn't have any connection to my wonderful feat of losing 7 pounds, but hey, it's called writer's freedom. Why? You might ask... because the frikking summer heat is devastating. I wake up at 4 am and I find myself wet. Er, wrong choice of words... I find myself... wet with perspiration... there you go.

Ok, I've got to go, got more work to finish. You see, if you check your calendars and the date on this post, you would conclude that I work on a holiday. Yes, I've been enjoying what I am doing lately and I have a deadline, so here I am, working on a holiday... oh, I also worked last saturday, because it's so hot at our house and I need free aircon. Of course, I could get free aircon at the mall but that doesn't make any sense.
